Just arrived in Bogota

The trip started great Monday morning at the airport. They asked me to change my flight with a transfer in Houston in stead of Newark, which would save me an hour in total. They arranged a whole empty row of three chairs for me, so that I could lay down and sleep very comfortable. Mmmm
In Houston the plane to Bogota was overbooked and they searched for volunteers, who would like to take the same flight one day later and receive 300 dollars in vouchers (to be spend in one year). Why not?! I stayed in a luxury hotel all inclusive and sent a message to Lindsey a couchsurfing friend I met one month ago. We went to her friends house and he made us a great meal with champagne.
Last night I arrived in Houston, I guess because of the many changes in planes my suitcase didn't arrive. But it will show up some day. I hope the 3 kilos of dutch cheese won't melt...
