I`m in Quetzaltenango. It´s a beautiful town in the mountains. Not as beautiful as Antigua, but there are less tourist and I can practice my Spanish much better over here. My new Spanish language school found me a voluntary project with kids of 6 to 12 years old. In this place are 94 very poor orphan kids. I told my school I normally give lessons of improv in the Netherlands. Once I was talking to the director of the project about my interest he immediately booked me for 5 lessons of improv this week. He was very excited. And I got very excited and very nervous. When I walked out of the school I thought...Oooo Binkie how are you going to do this in Spanish. Today I met 10 kids and I did some games for half an hour. Man,it was dificult to explain the games, but it was much fun too. Tommorow I`ve got an hour of improv with a group of 15 niñas.
Probably after 5 lessons (if they let me do that much after my first lesson, haha) I´ll be much more clear in giving commands in Spanish.
¡Que te vaya bien!

Hey Binkie,
BeantwoordenVerwijderenLeuk leuk leuk.
Muchos besos Binkie
